Bill Sandesh acts as Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000. We store your name, email, the bill names, due days and paid ticks you enter, and technical logs. We do not collect card, UPI, bank or wallet details and do not read SMS, email or contacts.

Data is used to send your chosen notes and keep the service safe, on your consent, which you may withdraw any time. Processors (hosting, email) act under contract; nothing is sold. Rights requests: privacy@billsandesh.rest. You may approach the Data Protection Board of India. Deletion within 30 days of closing your account. 18+ only.

2. Terms

Free service that reminds you of bills you list. We never pay, collect or cancel bills and give no financial advice. A “paid” tick is your own note and does not confirm any payment. Provided as is; within legal limits we are not liable for late fees or third-party charges. Indian law; courts at Ahmedabad.

3. Cookies

bs.consent — remembers your choice (essential). _scid, _sctr — Snap Inc. advertising measurement, only after you press OK. “Essential only” keeps them off on future visits.
